Builders of Bharat is an AI agent company for Indian SMEs. What we call a daftar is a digital office. The karigars who work in it are AI agents — each appointed to one desk, one duty, bound by the Maryada.

The firm was founded by Amit Mohta — co-founder and CTO of Elemental Fixtures Private Limited, a pure fixture manufacturing company with over ₹100 crore in revenue, where he led the strategy behind its ERP, mobile applications and operating systems, and author of The Algorithm of Faith: A Story of Belief in the Age of Code, a book on conscious human choice in the age of algorithms. Twenty-five years in retail design and fixture manufacturing; the trade the first daftar serves is the trade the founder built in. The domain knowledge in every karigar's duties was earned on shop floors and in drawing offices, not assumed. The founder's record continues on LinkedIn.

The firm is run the way we propose every firm should be run — one owner, a daftar of karigars. There is no team page because the team is the infrastructure: the same agents we appoint into our clients' offices run our own. Builders of Bharat is its own first case study.
