A daftar is a digital office — the operating office of a firm.

Inside it sit desks, and at each desk works one karigar with one duty. Your daftar holds your firm's records, its catalog and its evidence, kept the way a well-ruled ledger is kept.

What is a karigar?

A karigar is a specialist AI agent, appointed to one desk with one duty.

He records the work he does and shows his evidence beside every claim. He is staff you appoint, not software you install — bound by a written code of conduct we call the Maryada.

Is this software or a service?

Both, honestly.

The daftar is software; the karigar inside it works like staff. He holds a desk, keeps a duty and answers for his work.

You appoint him the way you would appoint a clerk, and you can see his record any day you ask.

Will the AI touch my money?

No.

No karigar touches money, rates, margins or commercial terms. This is a permanent exclusion, not a setting.

Your finances and your pricing remain yours alone, in every daftar we will ever build.

What happens to my firm's data and documents?

They remain yours, inside your daftar.

Your firm's work is never mixed with another firm's, never used to serve another client and never aggregated.

Filed once. Findable forever. Shared with no one.

Will it block my team's work if something is skipped?

Never.

A karigar is a witness, not a warden. If a step is skipped, he records that it was skipped and the work continues.

He will tell you honestly what happened; he will never stand in the way of it happening.

Who makes the decisions — the AI or my people?

Your people, always.

A karigar proposes; a human confirms. Nothing enters your firm's record without a person approving it.

The humans decide. The daftar remembers.

Do we need to change how our firm works?

No.

A karigar is fitted into how you already work. That is the meaning of our mark: the block and the notch.

What will a karigar never do?

Each karigar carries a written list of what he will never do, published with the same weight as his duties.

He will never touch money. He will never block work. He will never guess without showing evidence. He will never share your firm's knowledge.

Trust is defined by what a karigar will never do.

What does it cost?

Each karigar draws a salary, according to the standards of his daftar — discussed at appointment.

There are no licences per seat and no charges hidden in fine print. You appoint a worker, you pay his salary, and his worth is stated in what he saves and what your firm learns.

How does an appointment happen?

You meet us, we understand your firm, and the first karigar is appointed to his desk.

The first weeks are setup: your own records, your own codes and your own working standards, entered as billable work so the daftar is truly yours.

Who is behind this?

Builders of Bharat was founded by Amit Mohta — twenty-five years in retail design and fixture manufacturing, co-founder and CTO of Elemental Fixtures, where he led the strategy behind its ERP, mobile applications and operating systems.
