The show behind the name

Stories from the real Builders of Bharat.

We named our company after the people we admire most — the men and women who run India’s small and mid-sized businesses. They employ, they build, they solve, they survive. This podcast is where their lessons get told.

Why we’re making this

The builders nobody interviews.

India’s business media has a type: the funded founder, the unicorn, the exit. But the economy runs on a different builder — the owner of a fifty-person factory who has survived three recessions, a GST transition, and a pandemic, and still ships every month. Nobody asks him how. His lessons live in his head, and when he retires, they retire with him. We think that knowledge is worth recording — carefully, respectfully, and in full. That is the show. That is why the company carries the same name.

Who sits at this table

Operating depth, or no seat.

Our guests are SME founders and senior operators — people who have run payrolls, met deliveries, and carried the weight of real businesses. No celebrity startup stories. No professional panelists. If you haven’t operated, this isn’t your show.

What we’ll ask
01
How the business actually runs

the systems, the people, the daily rhythm.

02
What nearly killed it

the crisis, the mistake, the recovery.

03
What they’d tell a younger builder

the lesson they paid full price for.

Season one is in production

We are recording the first conversations now. When Episode 1 is live, it will be here — and on YouTube and Spotify. Until then, we are looking for builders worth listening to.

Know a builder worth listening to?

Nominate an SME founder or senior operator — yourself included. Tell us what they build and what they’ve survived. We’ll do the rest.
