What we collect
We collect only what you give us, and we keep it simple:
— If you use the founder-conversation karigar (our chat assistant), we keep a transcript of that conversation — what you typed and what it replied — so the founder can follow up honestly and so we can check the karigar is behaving well.
— If you subscribe to the newsletter, we keep your email address.
— If you contact us on WhatsApp or LinkedIn, that conversation lives on those platforms under their own policies.
— Like most websites, our hosting providers record basic technical logs (such as IP addresses and pages visited) to keep the site running and secure.
What we do with it
We use your information for exactly one purpose: to talk to you — to reply, to follow up on a genuine fit, and to send the newsletter you asked for. That's the whole list.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. We do not send you anything you didn't ask for. There are no advertising trackers on this site.
Where it lives
Conversation transcripts and newsletter emails are stored in our internal systems (hosted on reputable cloud services). Chat messages are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies. Technical logs live with our hosting providers (Vercel and Railway).
Your control
Want your conversation transcript or email deleted? Write to connect@buildersofbharat.ai and it will be done. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is one click, always.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. We won't quietly move the goalposts.
